Focus Beskrivelse
Focus Beskrivelse is a cloud-based tool for creating construction specifications based on NS 3420 and process codes. The solution runs in the browser, so you can work from PC, Mac, tablet and mobile with no installation. You are always on the latest version, and you avoid sending files back and forth between project participants.
The tool is built for collaboration. You share the project with colleagues and external firms, assign tasks and follow progress along the way. One project can contain several contract packages, and you control access per contract package so that each party sees and edits exactly what they should.
Focus Beskrivelse supports NS 3420 as well as process codes from Statens vegvesen and Bane NOR. This gives you a common, standardized basis for items, specifications and quantities — whether you are specifying buildings, civil works, roads or railways.
You send the specification out for pricing, collect quotes from suppliers, compare and select quotes, and handle revisions in the same solution. That way you stay in control of the items, correct errors faster and get a tidy, traceable tender process.
