Centralise your data, inform your decisions, steer your actions and your budgets.
Départements, metropolitan areas and local authorities manage extensive road networks, engineering structures and equipment. With major stakes in safety, continuity of public service and budget control, structuring data, sharing a reliable view of assets and justifying trade-offs has become a central issue for their departments. SIREO is a road infrastructure management solution designed to address all of these challenges.
Designed as a Road Database (BDR), SIREO centralises all technical, historical and financial information relating to roads and built assets. The software is aimed at all staff in “Road” professions: field agents for data entry and consultation on the move, subdivision managers for operational monitoring, and central departments for multi-year programming and budget management.
SIREO comes from Netisys (Sophia-Antipolis), a software publisher founded in 2003 and acquired by Sogelink in November 2024. For more than 20 years, Netisys has supported Départements, Regions, local authorities and public-service companies in mastering the management of their road infrastructure.
A three-step approach: inventory, use, steer
- Inventory and structure the assets: multi-format import/export, complete reference base (carriageways, pavements, roadside features, structures), data history for traceability
- Use the data to inform decisions: diagnostics and prioritisation, powerful querying, dashboards and consolidated indicators
- Steer actions and budgets over time: multi-year works programming, budget trade-offs, real-time tracking of interventions and spending
Robust technical architecture
- No workstation installation: instant deployment after server installation
- Compatible with the main databases on the market: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server
- Works without a GIS or with any GIS: the built-in mapping accommodates your existing geographic data
- Tailored configuration: road themes are configured to the authority’s needs and can evolve over time
Designed for field realities
- Building the road reference base: structuring of the road reference base: carriageways, pavements, green verges, street furniture, signage, equipment.
- Multi-format import and export: CSV, SHP, DXF, GeoJSON, Excel, business databases.
- Integration of existing GIS data: or standalone use.
- Data history: to guarantee traceability and meet audit requirements.
- Data entry and consultation on the move: for field agents (data collection during patrols).
- Interactive map-based view: of the road and road assets.
- Native road synoptic: representation of road data aligned with the business logic of road managers.
- Dynamic mapping: instant view of the network’s condition, ongoing actions and priority areas.
- Display of carriageway condition: of ongoing interventions and operating constraints.
- Powerful querying: on the map and in the database to identify priorities.
- Adaptable map view: suited both as a complement to an existing GIS and as a first digital entry point.
- Diagnostics and prioritisation: identification of at-risk sectors, service levels to maintain, compliance.
- Cross-referencing of data: technical, historical and financial.
- Dashboards and consolidated indicators: for central departments and management.
- Production of usable indicators: to support decisions, in line with the authority’s strategic priorities.
- Distribution of RTTI road data: in accordance with the RTTI regulation (road data made available to the National Access Point).
- Multi-year programming and trade-offs: Of works and budget trade-offs.
- Real-time tracking: Of interventions and spending.
- Fine-grained budget architecture: Detail of each action, grouping by operation.
- Budget interconnection: Possible interconnection with the authority’s budget solutions.
- Drawing up proposals for works programmes
- Integrated budget approval process
- Real-time tracking of credit consumption
- Interconnection with the authority’s financial tools
- Entry of road information during a patrol or targeted inspection
- Works on the move from a smartphone or tablet
- Synchronisation with the central database
- Improved responsiveness and accuracy of field teams
- Management of Orders and Road Permits
- Prior Technical Agreements (ATD)
- A natural complement to the Littéralis solution for authorities wanting integrated management of roads and regulatory acts
Why choose SIREO?
- 50 % of French départements are Netisys customers (AREO and/or SIREO)
- 20+ years of Netisys expertise Founded in 2003, acquired by Sogelink in November 2024

Data centralisation
All information is brought together in a single, structured reference base shared between departments. SIREO puts an end to data scattered across Excel files, local databases and disconnected tools. A single, reliable, shared reference base becomes the foundation for every decision.
-
Querying power
Query the data, identify priorities for maintaining infrastructure and inform your decisions. SIREO’s querying power lets you cross-reference technical, historical and financial data to produce clear indicators that agents and management can use directly.
-
Dynamic mapping
Instantly see the condition of the network, ongoing actions and priority areas through a clear, usable map reading. SIREO’s native road synoptic gives a view of the assets aligned with the business logic of road managers.
