Sogelink has been building its CSR approach around concrete, measurable actions: a first Group-wide carbon assessment, a rising EcoVadis score and membership of the UN Global Compact. Discover our commitments.
The Sogelink Group has been committed to sustainable development for several years. Our CSR mission is to implement concrete, lasting and measurable actions for our employees and our wider ecosystem (clients, suppliers and other stakeholders in society) to strengthen our commitment and bring together our economic, social and environmental performance as effectively as possible.
“As a software publisher, we have a key role to play in driving the transition towards a more sustainable construction sector. This responsibility is twofold: internal, by limiting our own footprint, and external, by offering our clients solutions that support them towards more sustainable, more human and more responsible construction.”
Antoine DUMURGIER, CEO
“Sogelink has been engaged in a CSR approach for several years now. In 2024, we reached several key milestones: structuring our approach around our priority issues, completing our first Group-wide carbon assessment, and improving our EcoVadis score. These advances reflect our commitment to supporting our clients through the environmental transition while strengthening our positive impact on society. In 2025, we continued this momentum: defining tracking indicators, formalising our internal policies, and engaging our employees around sustainability issues.”
Laure-Hélène CHEVALLIER, HR & ESG Director
This first report marks a defining step for the Sogelink Group. It highlights the progress made over the years and the many actions already under way.
It sets out, with full transparency, the measures Sogelink has put in place on the social, societal and environmental issues relating to our activities.
To measure the performance of its sustainability strategy, Sogelink chose the EcoVadis assessment. The platform evaluates corporate social responsibility performance. It analyses organisations’ practices across four key areas: the environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. In 2025, the company achieved the bronze medal with a score of 70/100, a gain of 12 points compared to 2023.
Since 2026, Sogelink has been committed to the corporate responsibility initiative of the United Nations Global Compact and its Ten Principles on human rights, labour standards, the environment and anti-corruption. By joining this international initiative, Sogelink affirms its commitment to embedding these universal principles in its strategies, policies and practices.
Our commitments contribute to global sustainable development efforts and are aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
At the Sogelink Group, we are building a sustainable organisation that respects its employees, where well-being at work is a priority.
We are committed to creating an inclusive, fulfilling and secure working environment that fosters engagement, recognition and personal development for everyone. This approach is fully in line with our vision of responsible, human-centred growth.
