What is our whistleblowing procedure?

At Sogelink, we place great importance on compliance with laws and regulations, as well as on a professional and respectful working environment.

If you witness a violation of the law or regulations, or experience inappropriate behaviour, we encourage you to report it using the form below. It will be forwarded to the Head of Human Resources.

You can submit an anonymous report, but this may limit our ability to follow up on it or to clarify its content. If you would like to receive feedback, please provide your contact details in the form.

This procedure is open to everyone (customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders), and everyone is encouraged to report any violation they become aware of.

Reportable matters:

corruption and financial irregularities, such as theft and embezzlement
breaches of working environment rules and social dumping
breaches of procurement rules
inappropriate gifts or bonuses
breaches of confidentiality
breaches of our code of ethics
conditions that may pose a risk to life and health
other violations and criminal offences
