Amiante360 Patrimoine is a SaaS solution that enables owners and managers of real-estate portfolios to oversee asbestos traceability in their buildings, in compliance with the regulations in force.
It governs exchanges between the various stakeholders — survey operators, project managers, laboratories, SPS (health and safety) coordinators, works contractors — and simplifies all asbestos-related procedures, from ordering a survey to generating and distributing regulatory documents (DTA, DAPP, summary sheets).
The solution includes mapping of Asbestos-Containing Materials and Products (MPCA), management of regulatory alerts and oversight of works where asbestos is present. It interconnects with business tools via APIs and EDI gateways.
Amiante360 Patrimoine received a favourable opinion from CEVALIA (the evaluation commission of the PRDA) and was selected by the State Real Estate Directorate (DIE) for the DTA-thèque, covering a scope of approximately 100,000 buildings.
What does the regulation say?
Owners of built properties for which the building permit was issued before 1 July 1997 are required to manage asbestos traceability across their portfolio. Their obligations include:
- Ordering surveys and compiling the Asbestos Technical File (DTA)
- Regularly updating the DTA, the summary sheet and the Private Areas Asbestos Files (DAPP)
- A duty to inform building occupants and contractors when the presence of asbestos is confirmed
- An asbestos survey before any works, to be included in the traceability files, since the publication of the corresponding implementing order
