- Creation of DTMs · contour lines · longitudinal and cross profiles
- Catchment analysis
- Relief visualisation and 3D rendering
Design your most complex VRD and infrastructure projects
From earthworks to BIM delivery, Covadis includes all the tools you need:
- Linear projects, platform earthworks, kerbs and gutters
- Drainage networks and miscellaneous HTB (high-voltage) utilities
- Complete modelling of dry networks: electricity, street lighting, telecom (new in 2027)
- Modelling of ducts and cables with point objects, 2D/3D visualisation (new in 2027)
- T/X junctions, roundabouts, slip lanes, swept-path diagrams
- Quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, BIM properties on all objects
- Export to IFC 2×3 to 4×3, ESRI Shape, Terravision (new in 2027), LandXML
Covadis 2027 is now available in an international version, with a fully English interface and deliverables generated in English.
To be fully functional, it must be paired with an English-language version of AutoCAD and is installed independently of the French version. A development that makes collaboration between international teams easier and broadens the range of addressable projects.
Road design integrated into Covadis. A module dedicated to the design of road and motorway projects, compliant with the BIM process and the regulations in force. It covers the definition of plan alignments, the calculation of profiles, the modelling of junctions and swept-path diagrams.
Continuous checking against French, Swiss and Moroccan standards, management of interchanges and visibility.
Dynamic alignment of the road axis, search for existing geometry/altimetry by regression, standards-based design, management of ditch drainage.
3 methods for creating typical sections, built-in library (kerbs, gutters), management of constraints through support lines.
Management of stripping by zone and of geological layers, automatic calculation of planing/reprofiling for road resurfacing projects.
Layers, listings/reports, standards checking, automatic splitting into sheets, cross-section book, IFC 2×3 to 4×3 export.
Design of roundabouts, junctions and interchanges, automatic alignment of longitudinal profiles and superelevation, automatic 3D modelling.
Railway design integrated into Covadis. A module dedicated to railway projects (tramway, high-speed), with 3D analysis and parametric design features. It supports track survey (toporail) data, ballast dimensioning and expansion joints.
Management of several track axes within a single project, automatic altimetry calculation and generation of a 3D model of a complete track group.
Automatic redrawing of rail lines from surveys, track-condition graphs (versine/gauge/cant).
Dynamic alignment tools (connections, cant, variants), complete library of SNCF/Tramway turnouts with automatic calculations.
Libraries of rails/sleepers/fastenings with automatic finishing, altimetric alignment and management of variants.
Parametric railway objects, gauges, and tramway-specific functions (double tracks, dynamic gauges, rolling stock simulation).
Property sets, clash detection, IFC import/export (2×3 to 4×3).
The essential cloud platform for your CAD tool.
As the collaborative platform of the Sogelink ecosystem, Sogelink Connect centralises your projects in real time and makes sharing easier, breaking down the barriers between office and field.
Automatic loading of base maps (orthophotos, wetlands, vectorised cadastral parcels) into CAD tools, georeferenced or not.
Whether your project is already geolocated or still being scoped, automatically load the essential geographic data for your study area: orthophotos, vectorised cadastral parcels, wetlands or peatlands.
This data is available immediately in your working environment, with no re-entry or extra handling.
Available directly in Covadis, Uniplan automates the production of synthesis plans in response to DT-DICT. Rather than manually retracing existing networks, request a vectorised synthesis plan from Covadis: all the networks within your project footprint are consolidated and delivered ready to use in the solution, with no re-entry.
DICT2DAO helps you compile the plans received in response to DT-DICT. Apply processing and benefit from georeferencing assistance to make them easier to use in your business software.
Bring together your 2D plans, BIM models, network data and map base layers in a single interface. Query your data, take measurements and quickly access the information you need to better understand your project environment.
Create annotations on your files, assign tasks and share information with your teams. Track changes and simplify coordination between the project’s various stakeholders.
View your data from a smartphone or tablet, take synchronised notes and view your projects in augmented reality. Keep the office and the field connected and improve the monitoring of your sites.
