For electricity and gas networks
Atlas is a complete, intuitive solution for producing and editing small- or large-scale map base layers (land registry, 1:100, 1:200, 1:500…). Design offices, land surveyors, Public Establishments for Inter-municipal Cooperation (EPCI), local authorities, telecom operators, Enedis, GRDF, SNCF… With Atlas, design a project in the finest detail using working environments tailored to your business challenges.
Atlas’s ergonomic interface, based on “Easy Visual” technology, makes it easy to pick up and accessible even to complete beginners. Atlas offers many conveniences for drawing, configuration and CAD productivity.
Produce your 2D/3D plans, plan finishing, as-built records for multiple networks and plans for urban and rural areas, using the CAD tools and business libraries provided. Benefit from a theme manager to create your own working environments and meet the requirements of industrial sites or local authorities.
The reference standard for Enedis and GRDF as-built records
Atlas is the reference solution for producing plans that meet Enedis (Carto 200 V2+, V3, PGOC) and GRDF specifications. Since the integration of the RecoStar format, Atlas supports its users in the transition to the new regulatory requirements for network as-built records, in direct partnership with Enedis.
Atlas features
- Produce as-built plans that comply with the RecoStar standard, a version of the StaR-Elec standard being progressively imposed by Enedis for electricity network as-built data
- Work with pre-configured drawing palettes and automatically check the consistency of your data against the standard’s rules, before generating the GML file to be delivered to Enedis
- Integrate RecoStar into your workflow, from field survey to production of the final deliverable, directly usable by network operators
- Generate, from a CAD plan, a file compliant with the Simplified Street Corridor Plan (PCRS) standard
- Import into a CAD plan a file compliant with the PCRS standard
- Configure the mapping between PCRS classes and CAD objects in line with the specifications of the National Council for Geographic Information (CNIG)
- Create, assemble, check and correct plans compatible with the specifications for the production of large-scale plans for Enedis and GRDF
- Output any as-built plan to meet the obligations of the DT-DICT decree
- Produce plans to the Georeferenced Plan of Constructed Works (PGOC) standard required by Enedis
- Integrate the RecoStar format: pre-configured drawing palettes, automatic consistency checks according to the standard’s rules, generation of the final file to be delivered to Enedis
- Production of folios in any format from an overall plan: automatically split and generate folios at the desired scale and format directly from your overall plan, with no manual redrawing.
- Automatic, fully customisable plan transformation: the tool adapts the source plan to the chosen folio template: page dimensions, title block shape and associated fields (title, scale, index, author…) are configured to your organisation’s graphic standards.
- Automated management of overlaps and assemblies between folios: overlap zones between adjacent folios are calculated and joined automatically, guaranteeing continuity of the plan from one folio to the next with no re-entry or manual adjustment.
- Management of a survey point book in any format: import, organise and use your survey point books whatever their original format, in a single repository.
- Production of plans and longitudinal profiles from a set of points taken from field books: generate your topographic plans and longitudinal profiles directly from field surveys, with no manual step to rebuild the set of points.
- Built-in surveying and geodetic calculations: everyday calculations (distances, areas, coordinates, geodetic system conversions…) are performed natively in the tool, with no need for external calculation software.
