Utrecht, 17 March, 2026 – Victor van Baal has been appointed Managing Director of Sogelink Netherlands.
Prior to this, Van Baal was active within Sogelink Group as Vice President Sales, Build & Secure for the Dutch and French markets. With this appointment, the international group aims to accelerate growth in the Netherlands. As Managing Director, Van Baal will further strengthen the market position of Sogelink Netherlands.
Van Baal is also focused on driving rapid innovation within the company. Among other things, Sogelink aims to increase efficiency for customers through the use of AI.
Focus on European growth of infrastructure software
As Managing Director, Van Baal is leading Sogelink Netherlands into a new phase of innovation and growth. From the Group Executive Committee, he also contributes to the European growth of infrastructure software. This ambition comes at a time when pressure on underground infrastructure is increasing due to housing construction, grid reinforcement and the energy transition. The focus is on further innovation of SaaS solutions and consultancy, particularly through the use of AI. With stronger integration
between software, data and expertise, the company is building more effective collaboration and licences.
Sogelink Group’s multi-local execution as a foundation for local infrastructure challenges
