    • Sogelink Group strengthens its presence in Norway with the appointment of Kristine Hofer Næss as Managing Director

    Billingstad, March 10th, 2026 – Sogelink Group announces the appointment of Kristine Hofer Næss as Managing Director of Sogelink Norway.

    With more than twenty years of experience in the tech and IT sectors, she will lead the group’s activities in Norway and drive its next phase of local growth and development. Throughout her career, Kristine has held key strategic roles, including fourteen years at Microsoft, before leading and supporting international SaaS companies. As an investor, board member and advisor to fast‑growing technology companies, she is also the co‑founder of ODA‑Nettverk, the largest diversity network in the Nordic tech industry.

    Strong leadership to reinforce the group’s presence in Norway

    The Norwegian construction and infrastructure sector is facing growing needs in digitalisation, data structuring and coordination between public and private stakeholders. Kristine’s appointment is aligned with these evolving dynamics and aims to strengthen Sogelink’s local presence in a market where demands for precision, collaboration and compliance with digital standards continue to grow.

    As Managing Director, Kristine Hofer Næss will lead the local product roadmap and ensure that Artificial Intelligence is embedded at the heart of Sogelink’s solutions to simplify essential user tasks and increase the day‑to‑day value customers derive from the group’s products.
