    Antoine Dumurgier joins Sogelink from Berger-Levrault to lead product transformation and accelerate organic growth

     

    Lyon, August 28th 2025 – Sogelink, a European leader in software for the digitalization of infrastructure construction, is embarking on a new chapter with the appointment of Antoine Dumurgier as CEO.

     

    Sogelink’s comprehensive product suite enables more sustainable, smarter, and safer construction processes by offering software solutions tailored to the infrastructure sector. For twenty-five years, its solutions have supported the digitalization of the construction value chain. The Company now has more than 700 employees in six countries, serving over 18,000 leading customers and 220,000 users.

     

    Antoine Dumurgier has extensive experience in software transformation, international management, and innovation leadership. After a successful career at NASA and McKinsey, Antoine spent fourteen years with the Edenred group, including eight on the Executive Committee, where he led cross-border teams and executed multiple acquisitions. Before joining Sogelink, Antoine was most recently the CEO of Berger-Levrault, a software business operating in seven countries with revenues of over €200 million, where he led the SaaS transformation, invested in AI-powered functionality, and grew their international presence.

     

    He succeeds Fatima Berral, who, for twelve years, including seven as CEO, has driven strong organic growth and led strategic acquisitions that have expanded the Group’s offering and strengthened its European footprint. Fatima Berral will now chair the Strategic Committee, a new governance body designed to support the overall Group strategy.

     

    This management transition follows the 2023 investment by CVC Capital Partners, joining existing shareholder Keensight Capital, with the goal of supporting Sogelink as it expands and accelerates its international development to consolidate its European leadership.
